Total Man Ministries
At FOJ, we believe in ministering to the TOTAL MAN. We understand
that women, men, youth , and children all work together but we
like to go into a deeper level of ministry with each individual
group.
Men's Ministries
The MAN to MAN/BROTHER to BROTHER (M2M/B2B) Men’s
Ministry was birthed at the onset of the ministry by Pastor Adrian
Rodgers. This cohesive unit of men believe in strengthening each
other so that they will become the Men of God that they are called
to be by the Word of God. The men enjoy several events during
the year including their annual MAN to MAN/BROTHER to BROTHER
Men’s Conference, retreats, outings, and sporting events.
M2M/B2B is under the leadership of Elder Sammie
Lewis. He is supported by a wonderful staff including Assistant

Women's Ministries
Empowering Women Ministry (EWM) was begun at
the onset of our ministry by our very own, Co-Pastor Susan Rodgers.
Co-Pastor Rodgers noticed a great need for our women to be taught
the essentials of what the Word of God says that they are to be.
EWM ministers to the women concerning their past, present, and
future. Not only does Co-Pastor Rodgers believe in teaching what
the Word of God says that a woman is to be, but she also SHOWS
women how to become Women after God’s own heart.
Co-Pastor Susan Rodgers is supported by a wonderful staff including
the assistant director of EWM, Min. Lorenda Lockhart. Empowering
Women Ministry plans several events throughout the year to aid
in their ministry goals including an annual Empowering Women Conference
, Transformation Tea (which helps to inspire the young ladies),
retreats, outings, and a book club. This is just a short list

Children's Ministries
G.I.A.N.T.S (Growing, Increasing, Achieving In The Spirit)
Luke
2:52 says, “And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature
and in favor with God and man.”
GIANTS children’s ministry believes that just like Jesus,
our children will increase in wisdom, stature, and in favor with
God and man. This is the principle that is taught to our children---that
they should be just like JESUS. GIANTS is comprised of all the young
children in our ministry that range from the ages og 4 to 11. The
children are taught the basics of the WORD of GOD and are shown
how even at their young age they can have a relationship with God.
They are taught how to read the bible, pray, praise God, and live
like little Christians. They actually have “Children’s
Church”, which operates during our Sunday morning and Wednesday
evening services. They enjoy several activities throughout the year
including Vacation Bible School, Hallelujah Night( an alternative
to Halloween), field trips, and other exciting activities.
Youth
Ministries
Y.C.R.E.W (Young Christians Radically Expressing Worship)
The
Youth Ministry was established at the onset of the ministry with
the original name “REDEEMED.” Their name was changed
in 2006 to YCREW which we feel is a more appropriate name for this
young group of excited Christians. YCREW is a blessing to Fullness
of Joy as they are truly our “tomorrow”. YCREW is comprised
of all the young people in our church that range between the ages
of 13 to 17. They are taught how to develop a true relationship
with God for themselves. YCREW has their very own personal “YCREW
house” where they host different activities and have their
own personal bible study. Different class topics that they discuss
on Wednesday nights are: “Fruits of the Spirit”, the
“Power of Prayer and Fasting”, “Tools to living
Holy at a Young Age”, and many more life changing classes
for the youth. The Youth enjoy several events throughout the year
including their annual Youth Conference, “YCREW presents….”
(which is a service or event suited to the atmosphere of young Christians),
“Alternative Prom”(a prom with a conducive atmosphere
for young Christians), retreats, outings, and several other exciting
events.
YCREW is under the leadership of Sis. Kesha Haggans. She is supported
by a wonderful staff including her Assistant Directors, Bro. Christopher
and Sis. Christy Conway. Be sure to visit our Upcoming Events page

Other
Ministries
ACES
(Anointed Chosen Extraordinary Students)
This ministry is devoted to bridging the gap between our children
after children’s ministry and before the youth ministry. It
is comprised of those who are ages 11-12. ACES engages in several
joint efforts with GIANTS (where they are mentors/teachers) and
YCREW. ACES is under the leadership of Sis. Angela Island and Elder
Michael Bradley as well as an awesome support staff. They have several
different events that ACES hosts throughout the year that can be
viewed under Upcoming Events. For a closer look at Connections,
visit FOJ on Wednesday nights and ask a Greet/Usher to point you
in the direction of the ACES!!
Connections
This ministry is devoted to bridging the gap between our young adults
after they complete Youth Ministry. It is comprised of those who
are ages 18-23. Connections has an exciting Wednesday night bible
study that focuses on keeping young adults excited about living
a holy lifestyle that is pleasing towards God and the importance
of staying “Connected” in ministry. Connections is under
the leadership of Bro. Ricky and Sis. Carla Lee. This husband/wife
team is supported by a wonderful staff including their Assistant
Director, Bro. Tyrone Cobb. For a full lisitng of the different

NURSERY
We wouldn’t dare leave out our “New Additions.”
A nursery is available for our small children who are 6 weeks of
age to 3 years old. Our team of trained staff is well equipped to
monitor your child as you worship with us. They have several activities
and videos that will help to enrich your child’s knowledge
of God and the things of God. The nursery is under the leadership
of Sis. Rasheda Hamilton and she is assisted by Sis. Christy Conway.
The nursery staff is comprised of our loving and dedicated covenant
partners as well as parents. The nursery is available during all
of our services.
Singles
Minstry
This ministry is devoted to the fellowship of our Christian singles
and encouraging them to live a Holy lifestyle and involve themselves
with as much Kingdom-work as possible before marriage. This ministry
also believes in preparing those who have a desire to be married
to be marriage. The Singles’ ministry is devoted to helping
men and women find themselves in the Word of God and realize that
they must be whole and delivered before meeting their mate. The
Singles Ministry is under the leadership of Sis. Brenda Butler who
has an awesome support staff. The Singles’ ministry hosts
a Singles’ Conference and other exciting events throughout

Couples’ Ministry
This ministry is devoted to the fellowship of our Christian couples
and encouraging them to grow as One in God. Couples are given the
opportunity to help other couples in the different issues that may
arise in marriage as well as receive spiritual teaching on what
the bible says a marriage should be. The Couples’ Ministry
is under the leadership of the husband/wife team, Bro. Alvin and
Sis. Jackie Brown. Our Couples’s ministry also hosts a Marriage
